Family and friends bid a heartbreaking farewell today, Tuesday (26/8), to Alexandra Nikolaidou at Holargos Cemetery. The partner of Demis Nikolaidis passed away on Saturday, August 23, at just 41 years old, after a courageous battle with cancer, shocking her loved ones.

From early afternoon, Alexandra Nikolaidou’s family and friends gathered at Holargos Cemetery to say goodbye to the unfortunate 41-year-old. Her partner, Demis Nikolaidis, arrived at the church by taxi with his daughter Melina.
Alexandra Nikolaidou’s battle with cancer
It’s worth remembering that she had revealed her serious health problem in a post she made in February, publishing a photo from the hospital on World Cancer Day. “We are stronger than we think!”, Alexandra Nikolaidou had written in her post, sending a message of strength and courage.
Her condition, however, began to deteriorate from early August, with Alexandra Nikolaidou spending her final days at Evangelismos Hospital, where she passed away on Saturday evening.
