Felony charges for premeditated murder of a domestic violence victim were filed by the prosecutor against the 40-year-old perpetrator of the femicide, who killed his 36-year-old wife in front of their children on Konstanta Street in Volos. According to gegonota.news, the husband requested a postponement and will testify on Tuesday at 10:00 AM.
According to the same report, the Prosecutor’s Office ordered an urgent and priority social investigation by the Social Protection Department of the Municipality of Volos for the couple’s minor children, to determine within the week where their custody will be assigned.
Currently, the children are under the care of their mother’s family.
