Following the complaint, which was made around 1 a.m., police located and arrested the man, who was completely surprised and unable to understand what had happened.
Eventually, the truth was revealed quickly. The young woman during her testimony admitted that she had fabricated the entire incident, with the sole purpose of attracting attention and going viral.
