“My primary concern from the beginning is that my children are well, that their daily routine doesn’t change and that they remain in a safe environment, as their best interests dictate. My children must stay in their home, with people who love them and can support their activities and needs,” she emphasizes.
“The children’s best interests are served by remaining in Greece, in the home where they grew up, where they carry out their activities, where they go to school. This will continue in the coming period and we have already arranged this from the first moment. This is what my client wanted and what she pursued,” says her lawyer.
“A legal race is underway so that the two twin siblings can attend their father’s funeral on August 9th in Poland. Unfortunately, heinous murderers violently deprived these two orphans of their father’s love and affection,” says Dimitris Dimitrakopoulos, lawyer for the family.

The 43-year-old’s ex-wife, however, insists she has no involvement whatsoever in the murder, responsibility for which has been claimed by her current 35-year-old partner. “I await the final transcripts so everyone can see my clear non-involvement and how unjust my detention is. The evidence that’s emerging already confirms what I’ve been saying from the start. I had no connection, no involvement in the crime.”
According to the 40-year-old’s lawyer, the children have daily communication with their mother while her family frequently visits and provides psychological support.
