The highest temperatures will be recorded in western Greece, where mercury may reach 36-37 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the meltemi winds in the Aegean will strengthen, reaching up to 6-7 Beaufort by the end of the week, affecting island transportation.
Regarding the possibility of a new heat wave, Mr. Tsatrafyllias emphasizes that while probabilities are reduced, he observes warm air masses approaching the country after August 15, which requires monitoring.

- Winds: Northwest 3 to 5 Beaufort.
- Temperature: From 20 to 30 and in mainland areas locally up to 32 degrees Celsius. In interior Epirus minimum 3-4 degrees lower.
Thessaly – Eastern Central Greece – Evia – Eastern Peloponnese
- Weather: In Thessaly few clouds temporarily increased with local rains and sporadic thunderstorms. In other areas few local clouds that from midday hours will increase and local rains or showers will occur.
- Winds: From northern directions 3 to 5 and temporarily locally in northern sea areas up to 6 Beaufort.
