A 17-year-old is accused of posting a photo depicting a female classmate naked on his personal social media account in Kastoria. The case was reported last April and following an investigation by local prosecuting authorities, charges were filed against the minor for revenge pornography, child pornography and violation of personal data protection laws.

According to a police statement, the young man – who appears to have known the victim – took a photo that the 17-year-old girl had published on her own account, digitally edited it and uploaded it to the internet, showing her naked.
The case file will be submitted to the Kastoria Court of First Instance Prosecutor’s Office, while the preliminary investigation was conducted by the Crime Investigation and Detection Department of the Kastoria Crime Investigation and Detection Subdivision.
