According to the assessment of the medical team monitoring him, Hantzis is presenting severe exhaustion, swelling in his lower limbs, serious difficulty speaking, and a complete inability to stand upright — factors that have drastically limited his mobility.
As he was leaving the Refugee Buildings, Aristoteles Hantzis — who now moves exclusively by wheelchair — sent a message of continued determination to those present, telling the crowd: “We are not backing down. We have a responsibility to win.” He departed flashing a victory sign with his hands.
