The 28-year-old delivery driver of Pakistani origin has been remanded in custody, accused of attacking six people by throwing stones in the areas of Kifissia and Nea Erythraia. He reportedly claimed that he often received insults and poor treatment from customers during his work as a delivery driver, which caused him intense irritation.

According to his statement, when he became angry he would grab stones and throw them at passersby, without knowing his victims, claiming that his actions were solely due to the anger he felt.
Criminal charges have been filed against him for one felony and five misdemeanors.
Specifically, he is charged with:
- aggravated intentional bodily harm (felony)
- dangerous bodily harm
- dangerous harm against a vulnerable person
- carrying weapons
- use of weapons
- damage to foreign property
