The incident was caused when a vehicle rolled uncontrollably and crashed into the front of our establishment, due to the fact that the handbrake had not been engaged. The person responsible for the vehicle in question was a valet employee who works at another establishment in the area.
We would like to categorically emphasize that our establishment bears absolutely no responsibility for the incident, as neither the driver nor the vehicle are related to the operation or staff of Brunello.
Furthermore, we emphasize that our establishment operates fully in accordance with the law and has all the necessary permits for the use of outdoor seating, in strict compliance with the prescribed square meters and the permitted number of seated customers.
To restore any misunderstanding or false impression, we inform that all legal documentation has already been officially submitted to Traffic Police and the competent Prosecutor’s Office, which certifies the complete legality and safe operation of our business.
