“It was not the product of a legitimate transaction”
According to the same report, regarding the invoice that the defendant issued to Zetta Makri for the 5,000 euros paid in advance at the time of the transaction, the prosecutor ruled that it was not the product of a legitimate transaction and was issued so that the defendant could give it a veneer of legality.
