A 17-year-old girl is in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit of Hippokrateio Hospital in Thessaloniki, following a serious accident with an electric scooter that occurred on Sunday afternoon (July 13, 2025) in a village in Grevena.
According to voria.gr, the minor, originally from Thessaloniki, was in the area for vacation when the accident happened.

The 17-year-old was initially transferred to Grevena General Hospital, and from there by ambulance to Hippokrateio Hospital, where she immediately underwent hours-long surgery. She was then admitted to the ICU, where she remains intubated, with doctors describing her health condition as particularly critical.
