According to the same source, the 54-year-old claims that his sister died from cancer about 3 months ago and two days later his mother “passed away.” At the same time, he allegedly told authorities that he didn’t want the family tragedy to become known and decided to hide the bodies. The time of death of the two women and especially the causes are expected to be answered by a forensic pathologist who will perform an autopsy on the two bodies. For now, the 54-year-old denies being a murderer.

“I was trying to get in. He wouldn’t let me. I called the police twice. Me and my other cousin, he wouldn’t let us enter the house and we became suspicious. He told us that my aunt and cousin were in the mountains. He didn’t tell us where they were in general. At the end of November I had gone up to Zografou with my sister from Hydra. We hung out, we had fun, all that. From December onwards I suspected something wasn’t right. We relatives and other relatives had no contact. My cousin’s mobile wasn’t working. I learn various things from the neighborhood. That they don’t see them, that they were worried. He told us they were in the mountains, they were at home, this and that. That’s what he told us,” says a cousin of the family.
“The boy wasn’t well. I mean I was 100% sure he had killed my aunt and cousin. What my aunt had told me was that he was hitting her, he was violent towards her.
