A tragic accident occurred in Heraklion, in the village of Mochos, when a 93-year-old man was found in a water reservoir. According to initial reports, the 93-year-old man was found under unclear circumstances in a reservoir located outside Mochos in the Municipality of Chersonissos. According to flashnews.gr, firefighters and emergency rescue teams immediately arrived at the scene with three vehicles and significant manpower to proceed with the rescue operation, where he was pulled out unconscious.
An ambulance from the National Emergency Medical Service rushed to the scene, but he was already deceased and was transported to the Kastelli Health Center.
