Murtzoukou’s lawyer: “The accused will take her share of responsibility”
Speaking on Friday morning (11/7) on ERT’s “Connections” show, he initially stated: “My client will tell everything in her testimony, regardless of the consequences, wanting to be redeemed and take her share of responsibility.”
He continued explaining that: “She doesn’t bear the entire burden of responsibility. Her testimony is being prepared at this moment and in a very short time we will see exactly what happened in all cases. However, my client is not the only one responsible for this tragic event of losing five children”.

Finally, Nikos Alexandris argued that “the case file is not complete” since “the forensic reports are not included and it was closed only with her confession.” He asked not to reveal more details because her testimony is scheduled in 48 hours.
