Authorities in Nafpaktos conducted a major police operation to dismantle a criminal organization involved in drug trafficking, resulting in 4 arrests. According to the investigation, the suspects rented apartments for short periods, using them as stash houses where they stored and processed narcotics, while communicating through social media applications. The four male suspects (three Greeks and one foreign national) were located and arrested in a rented house while packaging cocaine into small packets, using pharmaceutical substances to adulterate the drug.

During a search conducted at the suspects’ residence, police officers from the Nafpaktos Police Department found and seized:
-197.7- grams of cocaine (125.7 grams divided into -154- equal makeshift packages),
-682.1- grams of cannabis,
-1- makeshift cigarette containing a small amount of cannabis,
-56- pharmaceutical tablets,
-1- plastic grinder with cannabis residue,
-1- precision scale,
