The properties of Makis Christodoulopoulos and his wife are going to a repeat auction on January 28. Specifically, an auction is scheduled for properties in the Aigialeia region that were initially put up on November 19, when three auctions took place, of which the main one was unsuccessful, while the other two (for a store and a small plot in the same area) resulted in award.
Makis Christodoulopoulos: These properties are going to auction
The new “hammer”, accelerated by doValue, is directed against Asimakis Christodoulopoulos and his wife Anastasia based on a payment order from the Athens Single-Member Court of First Instance (from 2014), for collection of a claim amount of 10,000 euros, as stated in the report.
The auction concerns a plot with buildings within it, namely a two-story house of 187.52 sq.m., which is completed and the year of completion is considered to be 2005, two two-story unfinished residences of 65 sq.m. each with basement and various auxiliary spaces, a small ground floor building of approximately 20 sq.m. at the entrance of the plot, a swimming pool of 85 sq.m., covered barbecue and covered parking spaces. This plot is complete and buildable. The property is located in the Akoli settlement of the Municipal Community of Rododafni, in the Municipality of Aigialeia, and has frontage to the seashore. It is a two-story building, two two-story houses with basement (unfinished) of typical construction with reinforced concrete frame and swimming pool within the above plot. The two-story building is located in the southwestern part of the plot, is in good maintenance condition and has easy access from both the northern part (seashore) and the western part. North of the two-story building is located the 85 sq.m. swimming pool, while south is a makeshift construction building that serves car parking.
Additionally, during the external inspection, it was found that the two two-story residences (with basement) are located in the eastern part of the plot and, at present, are unfinished, with their building readiness considered to be at 40%. The starting bid price for this property has been set at 593,100 euros. Given the small amount for which the auction is being accelerated, it is likely that there will be a suspension, to the extent that a relevant objection is filed.
Makis Christodoulopoulos: This property was lost in auction in 2025
Makis Christodoulopoulos has already lost one house in auction. Specifically, on February 5, 2025, a property of his in Kifissia went under the hammer (and changed hands). This concerns a plot of 392.51 sq.m. at the Phoenix-Adames location in Nea Kifissia on Hera Street 1, within which there is an unfinished and essentially abandoned two-story house with a total formed gross surface area of 354.02 sq.m.
