A serious traffic accident occurred on Tuesday evening (30/12) in eastern Thessaloniki, resulting in minor injuries to three people, one of whom was a minor, while officers from the Thessaloniki Traffic Police Subdivision proceeded to arrest a 55-year-old drunk driver.
Thessaloniki: Drunk driver causes traffic accident with three injuries
According to a police announcement, the 55-year-old foreign driver involved in the traffic accident left the scene of the crash without taking the required actions, resulting in investigations being launched to locate and arrest him.
During an inspection conducted on the 55-year-old, it was determined that he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
