A 5-year-old child who was injured at a kindergarten in a village near Agrinio was transferred to the “Karamandaneio” General Children’s Hospital of Patras on Wednesday morning (17/12). According to agriniopress.gr, the five-year-old was injured when an object from a piece of furniture fell on his head.
Agrinio: The five-year-old did not remain for further hospitalization
After the incident, the child’s parents transported him to Karamandaneio Hospital in Patras, where however he did not need to remain for further treatment.
“A clinical assessment of the child was conducted, however there was no reason for him to remain for hospitalization,” stated Aspasia Rigopoulou, director of Karamandaneio Hospital.
