As Vasilis Lambropoulos, police correspondent for newspapers “TO VIMA” and “TA NEA” explained, the “wheels” refer to a wheeled table where she kept her valuables and money.

Testimony revealed on a Mega TV show that the 46-year-old was suspicious from the beginning. “Recently, the 46-year-old didn’t have good relations with grandma. The only one from the family who could reach this point was her. Grandma had told some family members: ‘Watch out for my daughter-in-law.’ After the murder, when people said to the deceased’s son: ‘Hey, could your wife have done this?’ He would answer: ‘Are you crazy? What kind of talk is this? That’s what journalists say to mislead us. My wife loved mom.’ The 46-year-old had no conflicts with the elderly woman; she simply didn’t like her.”
Meanwhile, the elderly woman’s son made a promise in a social media post to find his mother’s killer. “They murdered her inside our family home in Salamina. My mother was a life fighter. She taught us never to break, and even if we do, to always get up with honor and respect and face every single difficulty. They tortured my mother with hatred, but they won’t escape, be sure of that. She didn’t turn her back on evil. She looked it straight in the eye, with a gaze perhaps frightened, terrorized, but she faced it, she confronted it! She had no weapon to fight the shadowy, treacherous, lawless ones, but she had heart and faith! And her little heart stood stronger than the dark violence.
