A police check by the DIAS team on Friday night (21/11) in Kifissia led to the arrest of two individuals who were passengers in a passing vehicle, including a well-known rapper. According to reports, DIAS officers spotted a vehicle deemed suspicious and signaled the driver to stop. Inside the vehicle were two men: a 21-year-old of Albanian origin and a 23-year-old Greek national who is a recognized figure in the trap music scene.
During the search, police found a small quantity of cannabis and a grinder in their possession, items that were confiscated. The two passengers were immediately arrested for violation of drug legislation and taken to the relevant police station for further proceedings.
The well-known rapper who was arrested is among the younger and highly recognizable representatives of the Greek trap scene, with significant presence on YouTube and streaming platforms in recent years. He is among the artists who combined their music with a strong social media image, having great appeal among the 15-25 age group.
The young rapper is also particularly active on social media, where he appears on Instagram with photos showing him with luxury cars, jewelry and designer brand clothing.
