The utilization of Artificial Intelligence in global economic progress and the war conflict in Ukraine as a turning point for energy systems development dominated the final part of today’s P-TEC Conference at Zappeion Hall.
Deputy Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy and Environment Jacob Helberg made extensive reference to US-China competition for AI equipment, while arguing that efforts are being made under the Trump administration to bridge the gap that had been recorded.

He made special reference to PPC’s expansion in Italy and Romania with the goal of extending its activities to Balkan countries. “The role is to achieve agreements that serve the citizen” he characteristically stated regarding the energy policy followed by PPC.
