DYPA: Strategic partnership to meet industry needs
The new educational program promoted by DYPA responds to the growing demand for specialized technicians in industrial automation. The partnership ensures participating apprentices receive practical training positions at the company’s modern facilities, while providing monthly compensation and full insurance coverage.
Program graduates will gain valuable experience in a real work environment and receive priority for immediate integration into the company’s workforce or professional development in related industrial sectors.
Participation requirements and program benefits
DYPA’s program targets young people aged 15 to 29 (born between 1996 and 2010) who hold a high school diploma. The study duration is set at two years, during which apprentices will receive weekly compensation of 125 or 156 euros, depending on the number of apprenticeship days (4 or 5 days respectively).
Additional benefits and incentives
DYPA offers an extensive support package that includes:
• Monthly housing allowance of 240 euros and daily meal allowance of 9 euros with expanded income criteria
• Student leave up to 30 days with full pay
• Military service deferment for male participants
• Access to modern laboratories, free educational materials and guidance from experienced instructors
DYPA’s initiative aims to create a bridge between technical education and the real needs of modern industry, offering young people substantial career prospects while contributing to sustainable development of the local economy.
