The electronic platform A21 for the Child Benefit will be temporarily out of service on Monday, September 1st at 6:00 PM, as announced by the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family and OPEKA.
Child benefit A21: When will the platform be reactivated
It should be noted that the electronic platform will not accept new applications until the settlement of the 4th bimonthly installment payment for 2025 is completed. Once the benefit payment is finalized, the electronic platform will be reactivated for new applications.
Beneficiaries are reminded that for the child benefit to be granted, the application must be submitted definitively and approved. Applications that have been temporarily saved are considered as not submitted and are not taken into account.
