Applications for overdue debts started on Friday (08/08) for those affected by Storm “Daniel”, with the new payment arrangement implemented by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR), following a decision by Deputy Finance Minister Georgios Kotsiras. Interested parties can submit their applications through the myAADE digital portal until September 30.
Detailed application submission guidelines
Specifically, from 8/8 to 30/9, interested parties with overdue debts can submit their applications through the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), following the path My Account (Debts, Payments & Refunds) > Debt Arrangements > Debt Arrangement Application Law 5222/2025.
It is emphasized that inclusion in the arrangement is completed only if the first installment is paid within 3 working days from the application submission date.
Which debts are included
The arrangement includes debts that are certified to tax offices, KEVIES or KEMEF, for which a collection suspension or payment extension had been granted until 31/07, within the framework of addressing emergency needs from Storm “Daniel”.
The new arrangement provides the possibility of:
- repayment in up to 72 interest-free monthly installments (minimum installment amount 30 euros),
- suspension of enforcement collection measures,
- issuance of tax compliance certificates,
