Since Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the platform for the “Thessaly & Evros Pass 2025” program has been operational, aimed at boosting tourism in areas affected by natural disasters. The program provides vouchers worth up to 200 euros, depending on the vacation destination.

Thessaly & Evros Pass 2025: subsidy amounts by region
Specifically, the financial assistance is structured as follows:
- Thessaly Pass A 2025: 150 euros for vacations in the Municipalities of South Pelion, Zagora-Mouresi, and Volos.
- Thessaly Pass B 2025: 150 euros for vacations in the Municipalities of Lake Plastira, Agia, Tempi, Pyli (except D.E. Gomfoi and Pialeia), and Meteora.
- Evros Pass 2025: 200 euros for vacations in the Municipality of Soufli and the Municipal Unit of Feres in the Municipality of Alexandroupolis.
Phases and deadlines
Applications are submitted from July 23 to July 25, 2025, and cover three phases of the program:
- July – August
- September – October
- November – December
Note that beneficiaries can choose one or more phases and the corresponding destination. The selection of beneficiaries will be made by lottery, which will take place after the completion of the application submission process. Results will be announced on the program’s official website.
Step-by-step application process
Access to the application is through authentication with Taxisnet codes. After the user logs in:
They enter their contact details (email and mobile phone), which are verified through a hyperlink and OTP (One Time Password).
If the details already exist in the National Communication Registry (E.M. Ep.), they are automatically retrieved.
The user is directed to the application, where the following appear:
Tax Number, Name and Surname of Beneficiary
Family Status (Beneficiaries)
Liable Person Details: Tax Number, Social Security Number, Name, Surname
Spouse Details (if applicable): Tax Number, Social Security Number, Name, Surname
Primary Residence Details: Address, Postal Code

Declarations and terms
During the application, the user declares responsibly that:
They are not (nor are the beneficiaries) entitled to/beneficiaries of Social Tourism 2024–2025 or the upcoming 2025–2026, nor have they received similar benefits from another organization for the same period.
They do not have their primary residence in the selected destination, as indicated in the latest cleared income tax return (2023).
The digital card amount will be used exclusively for transportation, dining, and accommodation expenses, cannot be transferred to third parties, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
These declarations constitute responsible declarations under Law 1599/1986, with full responsibility for the accuracy of the content.
Digital card issuance – contact verification
The user declares the financial institution from which they wish to issue the digital debit card, to which the amount will be credited.
Each mobile phone or email can only be used for one application.
Before completing the application, contact details must be verified through messages sent to the mobile and email. If verification is not completed, the fields appear as pending and submission is not possible. After saving the application, the user will receive an SMS with a unique code to complete mobile phone number verification.
