The Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, in collaboration with the Organization of Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity (OPEKA), announced that the electronic platform for the Child Benefit (A21) has been temporarily taken offline from Monday, June 30, 2025.
The service suspension concerns the completion of processing for the payment of the third bi-monthly installment of the benefit for 2025. After the completion of the payment, the platform will be reactivated for the submission of new applications.
OPEKA reminds beneficiaries that benefit approval requires the final submission and approval of the A21 application. Applications that have been temporarily saved are not considered valid and are not taken into account during payment processing.
