Allowance up to €750 is being granted by DYPA to 170,000 workers and unemployed as the application submission for the new skills upgrade and retraining program has begun, with emphasis on digital, green and financial literacy skills. Specifically, the platform concerns application submissions from beneficiary unemployed and employed individuals, training providers and certification providers.
The action’s objective will be providing theoretical training for skills upgrading and retraining in digital, green skills and financial literacy to unemployed and employed individuals aged over 18 years. The Continuing Vocational Training programs will be implemented through the training voucher system procedure while certification of knowledge and skills follows through certification vouchers.

DYPA €750 allowance: What it includes
The action includes:
- Remote training lasting 150 hours
- Obtaining certification of knowledge and skills in the training subject.
- Total educational allowance up to €750 (€5 per training hour gross)
- The action is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
The beneficiaries of the DYPA allowance
The right to participate in the Action will be held by all unemployed and private sector employees who meet the following requirements:
- Are aged over 18 years.
- Are graduates of at least compulsory education.
- Have not participated in a previous cycle (either as employed or unemployed)
Public servants, freelancers, as well as those who have already participated in another Recovery Fund action do not have the right to participate. The application submission process is simple and takes just a few minutes.
How the €750 allowance payment from DYPA will be made
Payments for the new voucher will be made in record time, according to DYPA, allowing beneficiaries to enjoy the benefits of education quickly. Immediately after obtaining certification, voucher beneficiaries will see their money in their bank accounts within 4 months.
The process is immediate and without delays. To complete the process, interested parties will need to provide their IBAN during application.
