Unexpected technical problems temporarily suspended the application process for the €750 training allowance through the DYPA platform during its first 24 hours of operation. Although the platform was launched on Monday morning, it suffered an almost immediate crash due to increased traffic, preventing hundreds of interested private sector employees and unemployed individuals from proceeding with their applications.
