The Greek Land Registry announced the official launch of the Electronic Pledge Registry, with the new digital service now available to the public through the website enexyra.ktimatologio.gr. The new Registry fully incorporates the provisions of Law 5123/2024 and marks the beginning of a unified, fully digital process for registering and searching security interests in movable assets and claims.

The Registry completely replaces the old paper pledge books and is maintained centrally and exclusively in digital format by the Greek Land Registry, in the form of a descriptive database covering the entire country. Access to the Registry’s content and data searches are conducted through the same platform, in accordance with current legislation provisions for public registries.
Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Christos Dermentzoglou, stated: “The operation of the Electronic Pledge Registry represents another significant step in the digital transformation of public administration. With transparency, speed, and reliability as our guiding principles, we are creating digital infrastructures that effectively serve citizens. Through this new initiative, the Greek Land Registry contributes decisively to forming a modern, reliable, and fully digital ecosystem for security interests.”
