Alpha Bank confirms its leadership position in the Private Banking sector for yet another year, winning top distinctions at the internationally recognized Euromoney Private Banking Awards 2026. For the 8th consecutive year, the Bank earned the Best Private Bank – Greece award from international institutions, while being recognized once again for its expertise in Discretionary Portfolio Management.
Alpha Bank: Consistently strong returns
The awards ceremony was recently held in London, with participation from top executives of the international financial sector. The Bank’s Private Banking division was represented by Andreas Katsogiannis, Director Private Banking, Lazaros Vogiazas, Director Market Area Central and Northern Greece, Panagiota Chanaki, Senior Private Banker, Maria Mouzaki-Goga, Senior Private Banker, and Marietta Valtara, Private Banker, who received the two awards:

- Best for Discretionary Portfolio Management
The Euromoney judging panel distinguished Alpha Bank for expanding investment options, strengthening international partnerships and accelerating the digital transformation of its services. Special mention was made of the Discretionary Portfolio Management services, where Alpha Bank recorded consistently strong returns, supported by a robust investment governance framework and continuous market monitoring.
