The AKTOR Group announced its new organizational structure, which includes a new operational model with vertical integration of the Group’s activities, optimal corporate governance, and the goal of accelerating business development and creating value for shareholders and society. The Group continues implementing a holistic transformation and is evolving into a multidimensional Holdings Group. The main subsidiary companies, which have undertaken the business development of each activity pillar, now operate with a verticalized model, more efficient structure, simplified procedures, distinct roles, combining best practices with enhanced control from the parent company, which they support and serve as a priority.
Alexandros Exarchou: We are bringing a new, modern and effective operational model
The Chairman and CEO of AKTOR Group, Mr. Alexandros Exarchou stated: “At AKTOR Group we are committed to consistency between words and actions. In October 2024, we had promised that we would transform AKTOR Group into a multifaceted and modern Group that would operate with the best international practices. After intensive efforts by our work teams, with the support of internationally renowned consultants, today this promise becomes reality: We are bringing a new, modern and effective operational model with new systems, procedures and organizational charts, which will allow us to accelerate our business development, create new market opportunities and expand intra-group synergies. We strengthen our leadership team, invest in a modern business model and continue the multidimensional reorganization of the Group, aiming to meet our commitments to the investment community and create value for shareholders and society”.
Additionally, AKTOR Group invests strategically in its digital transformation and has already implemented a very significant part of this specific plan, connecting next-generation information systems that will bring greater synergies, better efficiency and optimal financial control to its projects.
The new management structure of AKTOR Group and subsidiaries
At Group level:
Mr. Alexandros Exarchou assumes the role of Chairman and CEO, Mr. Anastasios Aranitis as Group Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ioannis Argyropoulos as Group Chief Legal Officer, Mr. Konstantinos Adamopoulos as Group Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Georgios Syrianos as Group Chief Commercial Officer, Ms. Evita Tsartillidou as Group Chief of Staff, Mr. Georgios Tsaprounis as Group Chief Communications Officer and Ms. Iphigenia Kalfa as Group Chief Human Resources Officer.
The following assume CEO duties at the Group’s main subsidiaries:

The new Boards of Directors of the Group’s main subsidiaries will have the following composition:
