He then highlighted the momentum reflected in the company’s official results with the achievement of double-digit growth rates, as well as the creation of multiplier value for the organization itself, its employees, partners and customers.
ENTERSOFTONE: 16% increase in consolidated revenue
Within less than ten months of joint operations, ENTERSOFTONE has achieved impressive and entirely organic development, with a 16% increase in consolidated revenue, which is estimated to reach between 137 and 140 million euros for 2025. Meanwhile, a significantly greater increase of over 33% in consolidated EBITDA is recorded, which is expected to range between 42 and 44 million euros. These results confirm the momentum created by the consolidation of Entersoft and SOFTONE and the new organization’s long-term strategic planning that focuses on investment in innovation, particularly Web, Cloud and AI technologies.

Additionally, referring to the first business software applications with integrated Artificial Intelligence technology that ENTERSOFTONE recently presented to its clients, Mr. Antonis Kotzamanidis emphasized: «We have a clear vision: To redefine the concept of business software in the era of Artificial Intelligence, investing in technologies that break down barriers and allow every business, regardless of size or sector, to access reliable, user-friendly and scalable solutions. The integration of Artificial Intelligence into our software will enable its rapid adoption by thousands of businesses, contributing decisively to increasing their productivity».
Furthermore, he referred to the investment plan for the next two years, expressing his confidence that ENTERSOFTONE will maintain its momentum, continuing with double-digit organic growth rates through strategic utilization of Artificial Intelligence. Strategic planning for the next two years
With the steady goal of maintaining high growth rates, ENTERSOFTONE is proceeding with targeted strategic planning for the 2026–2027 period. It focuses on developing and integrating new “AI-embedded” functions that enhance innovation and efficiency of solutions, as well as expanding its market presence – both organically and through acquisitions. Meanwhile, the company continues its expansion in the international market, with new investments in Romania and Bulgaria, aiming to expand its partner network and increase its customer base. Investment in innovation and people
The company commits to investing 200,000 man-days of work over the next three years, aiming for further development of Artificial Intelligence functions and their mass adoption through software already used by businesses. The total investment amount in AI technologies for the next three years is estimated to range between 30 and 35 million euros. Simultaneously, it invests in training and activating its extensive partner network, enhancing knowledge dissemination and effective utilization of the capabilities offered by the new technological era.
