Mr. Dimitris Thanasopoulos, Chief Technology Officer of Kaizen Gaming, stated “This new distinction confirms our commitment to creating a work environment that enhances innovation, development of our people and excellence at every level. The main challenge was to ensure that our technology people feel heard, evolve and have continuous development opportunities in a constantly changing industry. Our advice to companies seeking to become Best Workplace in Tech™ is to treat Employee Experience as a strategic business priority: actively listen to employees’ voices and design targeted interventions that respond to their real needs.”
