On Thursday, September 25, 2025, UM organized the first-ever Stand Against Bland Day on a global scale — an initiative that called all its people, in every corner of the world, to take a creative break from routine and reconnect with their purpose: To create campaigns for brands with identity, character, and meaningful difference.
In a world where Artificial Intelligence and automation tend to make everything uniform, the biggest threat to brands isn’t rejection, but indifference. In this era of “average,” UM takes a clear stance: We choose creation with soul. Strategic planning with boldness. Creative thinking without limits. Because ultimately, real connection with people isn’t built with neutrality, but with courageous ideas that stand out.
This day is the ultimate expression of the Stand Against Bland philosophy, the mantra that permeates UM’s culture and shapes the way it works, thinks, evolves, and collaborates.
