The merger of OB Streem has been completed through absorption with the company «Orpheus Beinoglou International Transport S.A.», following approval from the Competition Committee. This followed approvals from the companies’ general assemblies and subsequent legal procedures. OB Streem now becomes the largest provider of end-to-end logistics and supply chain services in the country and the broader region. The new company brings together a legacy of more than 100 years of specialization from «Orpheus Beinoglou International Transport S.A.», while incorporating the expertise of leading industry companies it previously absorbed (Makios, Contrade, Unit Hellas), officially conquering the leading position in logistics.
With a strategic base in Greece and Southeast Europe, the company operates as a gateway to and from all of Europe and the EMEA region. With 400,000 square meters of warehouses, more than 2,000 employees and operations in 10 countries, OB Streem offers a comprehensive range of services that includes:
