Choureal is opening a new store in Glyfada, marking the expansion of the first patisserie specializing in tailor-made profiteroles and choux pastry since 2014. The first store opened in central Thessaloniki, serving profiteroles in a unique way – prepared fresh in front of customers according to their personal preferences.

Visitors become co-creators of this sweet ritual: fresh choux pastries are baked throughout the day and filled with authentic crème pâtissière or ice cream. Customers then choose from chocolate cream options, ranging from classics (dark, milk, or warm from the bain-marie) to more distinctive varieties like white chocolate, caramel, gianduja, Aegina pistachio, espresso, or seasonal fruit flavors (summer features Passion Fruit and Yuzu chocolate creams). The profiterole is completed with a choice of garnishes – nuts, cocoa crumble, whipped cream, fresh fruits, cookies, handmade jams, and more.
Everything is produced in Choureal’s workshop using carefully selected ingredients: fresh Greek milk, eggs and fruits, butter from Brittany, natural vanilla from Madagascar and New Zealand, plus the world’s finest chocolates (Noalya, Valrhona, Opera, Orfeve). No ready-made pastry mixes, frozen or pre-manufactured products are used. Choureal also offers fresh eclairs and choux (strictly daily production), handcrafted ice cream, and specialty espresso.
The ice cream profiterole, another Choureal signature, features fresh-baked choux filled with any ice cream flavor, covered with chosen chocolate cream and garnish.
Finally, Choureal has won over 25 taste awards in Greece and internationally.
