The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a subsidiary of the Superfund, is undergoing rapid reorganization and transformation aimed at optimizing its operations and efficiency. HRADF is adopting a new organizational structure and business processes, creating a modern corporate environment based on principles of transparency and good governance. At the same time, the company’s management team is being strengthened to more effectively support its strategic work and the development of public real estate assets.
In this context, Ms. Anastasia Carlotta Soulioti takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HRADF. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, she was one of the key executives who participated in the founding and organization of Veraltis Asset Management, where she subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer. During her tenure, she led the company’s strategic and operational transformation, successfully completed its refinancing by the Bank of Greece, and strengthened corporate governance and relationships with institutional investors. She has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Veraltis and as a board member of the Greek Association of Claims Management Companies, while previously holding senior management positions at B2Kapital, PQH Unified Special Liquidation, Agricultural Bank under Special Liquidation, and Alpha Bank (formerly Commercial – Crédit Agricole Group). With particular expertise in data management and quality, as well as incorporating principles of ethical and responsible Artificial Intelligence, she holds international certifications in AI Ethics. She also has extensive experience in designing and implementing organizational structures, processes, and governance frameworks that enhance transparency, efficiency, and strategic alignment of businesses. She holds an MSc in Banking and Finance and a Mathematics degree from the University of Athens and speaks fluent Greek, English, and French.
