Artificial Intelligence has now evolved into a reality that directly impacts how businesses operate, making deeper understanding and strategic utilization essential, because as proven, it’s not simply technology, but a revolution that redefines functionality, effectiveness and creativity in businesses, as well as society’s ethics. “I invite you to think together and design together better paths for our companies and our people. Let’s not forget: humans choose, machines execute,” states Mary Bitouni, Managing Director & Business Vision Leader of Humanis.
Who the “Leading with Wisdom in the Age of AI” artificial intelligence program targets
The program is exclusively targeted at C-level executives, CEOs and Board members, with a limited number of 40 participants, ensuring a high level of interaction, meaningful dialogue and experience exchange with the internationally recognized faculty of Yale School of Management. International industry and energy, shipping, security services, Mass Media, online gaming, development and investments, as well as the fintech sector, are among the industries whose executives have declared participation.
In a period where Artificial Intelligence already influences how businesses design their strategy, make decisions and redefine the role of leadership, Humanis and Yale School of Management created “Leading with Wisdom in the Age of AI,” an initiative targeting top business executives and brings companies from all sectors of the economy and business into the same educational environment.
The paths that artificial intelligence opens
The timing is considered particularly mature, as highlighted by Yale School of Management professors, Jiwoong Shin, Professor of Marketing, and Gal Zauberman, Joseph F. Cullman 3rd Professor of Marketing, who will be present in our country, Artificial Intelligence has now evolved into a reality that directly impacts how businesses operate, making deeper understanding and strategic utilization essential.
The program’s goal is to empower participants to lead with clarity, judgment and responsibility, always keeping the human factor at the core of their strategy. Its themes include, among others, the economic dimension of Artificial Intelligence and its connection to business strategy, the relationship between humans and algorithms, the future of work, creativity in the age of Artificial Intelligence, customer management, and the concept of leadership judgment in a world where smart systems increasingly influence high-impact decisions.
Mary Bitouni, Managing Director & Business Vision Leader of Humanis, stated: “Artificial intelligence is not simply technology.
