This year’s recognition is accompanied by the international Enterprise Seal award to Lidl, which confirms the consistently high standards and quality HR processes it implements internationally, across 31 countries. Lidl Greece continues to invest in strengthening its teams and creating a work environment that constantly evolves. As tangible recognition of its team’s contribution, the company proceeded in January with an additional benefit of €350 gross to each member, in the form of food vouchers.
