The asset sale agreements of United Group in Bosnia and Montenegro are nearing completion, while simultaneously the sale of United Group’s assets in Slovenia and Croatia appears to be moving forward. Specifically, according to sources, BC Partners and its head Nikos Stathopoulos are close to finalizing the sale of the second batch of United Group assets concerning Telemach BH (Bosnia & Herzegovina) and Telemach ME (Montenegro) companies.
United Group: New EU sales cycle to begin soon
This move was pre-announced by BC Partners in February 2025 and according to United Group, will close the cycle of United Group’s participations in companies from countries outside the EU. However, everything indicates that once the asset sales cycle of United Group in non-EU countries closes, a new sales cycle will open concerning United Group’s assets within the EU.
