Office Manager (Office & Executive Assistant)
The role covers the full spectrum of management support, from office organization to coordinating contracts and tenders.
The candidate takes on a central position in corporate office operations, managing correspondence, travel management, presentations and communication with public and private entities.
Operations Director of Arcadia Waste Processing Plant
The candidate will organize and optimize the operation of MEA, CHYTA and SMA facilities, while overseeing the production plan, developing human resources and monitoring KPIs and budget.
Required qualifications: Engineering degree, 10 years of experience with 5 years in senior position, knowledge of environmental projects, excellent MS Office & SAP skills, and ability to make critical decisions.
Senior Mechanical Engineer – Hydroelectric Project
The position involves designing, supervising and technically coordinating mechanical processes in hydroelectric projects. From equipment selection to drafting contracts and supporting subcontractors, the engineer plays a pivotal role throughout the project lifecycle.
Required qualifications: Mechanical Engineering degree, over 10 years experience, excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project and English.
Project Manager – Environmental Projects
The Project Manager coordinates complex sustainable development projects, manages SPVs, collaborates with legal and financial advisors and monitors budgets, schedules and contract changes.
Required qualifications: University Engineering degree, PPP experience, PMP/PRINCE2 certifications, and excellent English knowledge.
Building Foreman – The Ellinikon Mall
The foreman organizes daily construction site operations, coordinates technical teams and ensures schedule adherence.
Required qualifications: Civil Engineering degree from TEI or related specialty, 10 years experience, knowledge of blueprints, MS Office and AutoCAD.
Maintenance Foreman – MEA CHYTY Laconia
Responsible for coordinating maintenance of mechanical and electrical installations, monitoring spare parts and supervising upgrade projects.
Required qualifications: ATEI graduate, 3 years experience, excellent computer and English skills, experience in waste facilities considered an additional advantage.
Electrical / Mechanical Site Engineer – Podium Tower (IRC Ellinikou)
The position involves supervising E/M works on one of the largest projects being implemented in Greece, with responsibility for subcontractor coordination, technical submissions, project cost and progress control.
Required qualifications: University degree, 10–15 years experience, excellent MS Office, AutoCAD and English knowledge, as well as ability to manage technical teams.
