Documentary footage from the moment the 29-year-old brutally attacks the 58-year-old has been released. In the video footage, the white car driven by the 58-year-old man is initially seen moving through Neos Kosmos. Suddenly he loses control of his vehicle and crashes into a parked car. The two motorcycles that had been chasing and cornering him in the area are just meters behind. The 29-year-old, now charged with murder, can be seen in the footage watching the man lose control of his vehicle, calmly stabilizing his motorcycle, and then heading toward the 58-year-old.

The video footage shows the perpetrator finishing off his victim with over 10 blows to the head in just 11 seconds. The unfortunate driver couldn’t avoid them, as he was in no position to defend himself and didn’t have time to move in what proved to be the final seconds of his life.
An eyewitness appears in the footage and seems to argue with the 29-year-old after the deadly attack. He leaves without even glancing at the man he had beaten to death.
Later in the video, other people can be seen running to the 58-year-old’s vehicle to check on him. The 29-year-old’s friend, who had chased the 58-year-old with him, leaves a few minutes later.
The autopsy revealed that the 58-year-old suffered psychological and physical stress. This caused disruption to his heart function and led to pulmonary edema.
After the deadly attack, the 29-year-old tried to flee and cover his tracks, but failed. It was discovered he had been involved in three other incidents in the past, and on October 20th, again in Neos Kosmos, he had pulled a knife on three drivers because a truck had hit the mirror on his motorcycle.
After his arrest by police, the 29-year-old gave his own explanation for the violent outburst. He claimed that earlier, before these events, the 58-year-old had attacked him outside a gym with pepper spray following a collision between their vehicles. A chase followed that ended in the fatal attack.
Neos Kosmos: The key witness who testified to police
“The 29-year-old came to the gym at 4:15 and told someone that half an hour earlier something had happened near Frantzi Street with a car driver. He mentioned that he got into trouble on the road because they cut him off while he was riding his motorcycle, and specifically described how the 29-year-old told the car driver ‘easy, you’ll kill me’ and he replied ‘get lost, you idiot,'” states an eyewitness in his testimony to police.
Immediately after, police patrol cars and dozens of local residents arrived at the scene. But it was too late for the 58-year-old.
Criminal charges for premeditated murder have already been filed against the 29-year-old. The close relatives of the 58-year-old are seeking and waiting, in their grief, for his exemplary punishment.
New evidence in the fatal beating
According to Mega sources, the 29-year-old initially denied involvement in the incident, but authorities discovered the young man had been charged three other times for similar episodes and targeted him.
Unconfirmed police reports suggest they are examining whether in the first phase of the chase, the 58-year-old was driving his taxi and not the white car.
Second documentary video
A second documentary video that has come to light shows the two men, the 58-year-old in his vehicle and the 29-year-old on his motorcycle. In the footage, they appear to be arguing, and after a while, the 58-year-old is seen starting his vehicle with the 29-year-old chasing him. It’s worth noting that the video doesn’t show any pepper spray being used.
“On Monday afternoon around 4:30 PM, the 29-year-old arrived at the gym. He told us that he had an argument with a driver and came to relax because he was irritated. He sat for about 15 minutes. When he came down, he saw the 58-year-old who had set up an ambush. Then the car driver, who had his window down, called him over. The 29-year-old approached and with one motion, the 58-year-old sprayed pepper spray in his face. Then the 29-year-old lost it and I heard him shouting: ‘Hey, what did he do to me?’ and he went after him. Then what happened happened. There was no second motorcycle, it was just him,” states a witness to Live News.
Murder charges filed against 29-year-old
The 29-year-old has been charged with premeditated murder while in a calm mental state. He is expected to receive a deadline for his defense testimony. According to reports, the defendant’s three previous arrests were for misdemeanors that don’t warrant detention.
Neos Kosmos: 29-year-old cynical in confession, admits to killing 58-year-old driver
It should be noted that on Tuesday afternoon, the 29-year-old of Albanian origin confessed that he was the one who led the beating incident that resulted in the murder of the 58-year-old taxi driver in Neos Kosmos. According to Mega sources, everything started outside a gym in the area, according to what the 29-year-old reported. The man who confessed had gone to the gym on his motorcycle and allegedly somehow crashed into the 58-year-old’s vehicle. The victim, according to the 29-year-old, left the scene and then a chase followed through the surrounding streets, with the 29-year-old motorcyclist pursuing the 58-year-old’s vehicle. After the chase ended without incident, the 29-year-old returned to the gym and told employees he wanted to “work out because he was very angry about what happened.”
