Marios Tempos takes over as interim managing director of ELTA following the resignation of Grigoris Sklika from the CEO position. The organization’s Board of Directors has not yet convened for the official appointment, but everything indicates this is merely a procedural matter, so Mr. Tempos will replace Mr. Sklika.
Marios Tempos: Who is the new managing director of ELTA
As noted on the ELTA website, Marios Tempos has extensive experience in the private sector in key positions in business transformation, procurement, and sales. He comes from the Olympia Group, where he held the position of Business Transformation Leader at Public company, having previously served as Head of Sales Operations at the same company.
He has experience in business transformation, operational planning of enterprises, as well as sales, and has managed complex programs and projects.
He holds an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at Middlesex University in the United Kingdom.
