As the Health Minister points out, the average service time has now been reduced to 3 hours and 30 minutes, substantially improving the patient experience in emergency departments.
“Every step of improvement in the National Health System means more humane care, less suffering and more effective services for everyone. The results are electronically recorded and leave no room for dispute. We’re breaking the narrative of misery but we won’t stop our efforts. Our goal and duty is to make patients’ lives even a little bit better!” the Health Minister concludes in his post.
