Three minors aged 16, 15, and 14 were released on conditions following the joint decision of the investigator and prosecutor in Patras. The juveniles were arrested in Patras, charged with causing bodily harm to a 15-year-old victim. The three minors appeared before the investigator this morning to give their testimonies regarding the charges against them. After lengthy testimonies, specific conditions were imposed: the 16-year-old must report to the police station, is banned from leaving the country, and will be supervised by a juvenile probation officer. The 15-year-old and 14-year-old defendants were placed under supervision by a juvenile probation officer. The three minors are accused of attacking the 15-year-old victim last Thursday afternoon in an area of Patras, punching him and causing serious bodily injuries.

Patras: 15-year-old victim suffered jaw and nasal bone fractures
Following the assault, the 15-year-old was rushed to “Karamandaneio” Children’s Hospital in Patras, where doctors diagnosed fractures to his jaw and nasal bone. Medical professionals deemed it necessary to transfer him to a hospital in Athens for specialized treatment.
The 15-year-old victim was subsequently transferred to “Panagiotis and Aglaia Kyriakou” Children’s Hospital to undergo surgical intervention for the restoration of his injuries.
