DEI stores in the new era
The extended daily hours of the new and renovated DEI stores operate Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 08:00 to 15:00 and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, while bill payment is also available through myDEI 24/7 around the clock. The redesigned stores offer visitors immediate and easy service in three zones:
- The quick service zone,
- The service zone with specialized energy consultants,
- The myDEI ServicePoint electronic service zone, where customers can register, manage and pay their programs and bills, as well as submit requests and receive electronic service or schedule appointments at their preferred day and time.

Specialized energy products for customer needs
At the new DEI stores, customers can learn about energy products and services that respond to their specific needs. For students, DEI designed DEI myHome 4Students, a specialized energy product with full services and 12-month duration, designed specifically for student life requirements. The program includes the lowest supply charge for the first 150 kWh each month, free fixed charges for the three summer months and the GreenPass service for a full year at no extra cost, which matches total consumption to Renewable Energy Sources. Additionally, it offers exclusive privileges and discounts in partnership with major companies.

For residential customers who want stability without unpredictable changes, DEI myHome EnterTwo is the ideal solution, offering a fixed price for 24 months, simplifying monthly household expense planning. Customers of DEI’s fixed two-year dual-zone tariff also enjoy free GreenPass service for 3 months, guaranteeing that the amount of energy consumed equals the amount generated and reserved for the customer from Renewable Sources, plus privileges and discounts through the DEI myRewards Coupons reward program.
