Child allowance OPEKA A21: Everything you need to know
As the ministry informs, Child Allowance beneficiaries can submit their application on the IDIKA platform, www.idika.gr or through the website www.opeka.gr using their personal access codes to Taxisnet.
The eligible amount will be calculated based on the dependent children declared in the A21 application for 2025 and the total family income that beneficiaries had in the 2024 tax year.
In the A21 application, the following must be entered in the relevant fields:
- the details of the School Unit,
- the grade and Registration Number of the child attending compulsory education.
If all the student’s details are cross-referenced successfully, the application can proceed normally. If they are not cross-referenced, a relevant notification appears and the applicant is asked to attach the necessary supporting document to the electronic A21 application.
Also, for the application to be completed, it must be submitted. An application that has been temporarily saved is considered unsubmitted and is not taken into account.
