Dual-use investments in strategic sectors
The framework targets dual-use investments in strategic sectors, aiming to strengthen integrated investment plans in the fields of weapons, ammunition, motorized vehicles, aircraft, and military combat vehicles.
The total budget amounts to €150,000,000 through accelerated depreciation, with a maximum cap of €20,000,000 per investment plan. The incentives on offer include a tax super-deduction on expenses — with a 100% enhanced deduction on eligible costs, applicable over 15 tax years — as well as fast-track licensing for approved projects.
How funding is allocated
The allocation of grants is carried out in accordance with the Regional Aid Map. Proposal submissions will be accepted from August 31, 2026 through November 30, 2026. For more information, interested parties can visit the official website of the General Secretariat for Private Investments.
