A violent altercation occurred on Tuesday afternoon in the Land Zone area at the port of Naxos, with a 20-year-old Greek man getting into a physical fight with another individual. According to information available so far, during the altercation, the young man was wounded in the thigh by a sharp object.
Authorities rushed to the scene immediately, while the 20-year-old was transported to the Naxos Health Center, where he remains hospitalized.
A preliminary investigation into the incident is being conducted by the Naxos Port Authority, while a 27-year-old Greek citizen is being sought in connection with the case.
