A serious accident took place on Thursday afternoon (21/5) in Euboea, when a car struck an underage student at a central location in Chalkida. The accident occurred while the student was attempting to cross the road.

According to eviaonline, the victim is a 12-year-old child who was hit by the vehicle and transported by ambulance to Chalkida hospital. Police forces arrived immediately at the scene, while so far, no additional details about the incident have been released.
